I know how frustrating it is to have to contact a business just to know how much things cost.

So, I believe in being transparent about fees. The current fee schedule is as follows:

Psychological therapy:

Medicare, private health and both self and plan-managed NDIS are accepted. We don't work with any other funding types, including Work Cover (RTWSA) and DVA. We don't offer bulk billing or concession rates.

We accept Medicare and process your claims for you.
To get Medicare rebates, you must have a referral and a mental health care plan completed by a general practitioner or psychiatrist. We require both of these documents to process your claims.

Medicare will rebate you $98.95 per session, leaving you with an out-of-pocket gap payment of $151.05 per session. Medicare requires that you pay the full fee upfront before receiving your rebate; for example, you pay $250 in full and then get $98.95 back into your nominated bank account via Medicare.

Many clients are unaware of the Medicare safety net, which can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket costs once you reach the annual threshold. Learn more about the Medicare Safety Net here.

You can claim my therapy services with all private health funds. If you have private health insurance covering psychology services, your insurer should provide you with a benefit.

 

While we don't process your private health claims for you, we'll give you an invoice to send to your insurer, and they'll reimburse you from there.
