RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed. By purchasing a digital product from us, you agree to the following terms:

  • As digital products are instantly accessible and downloadable after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds. Please review all product descriptions, details and any available previews carefully before making a purchase.

  • Once a digital product has been purchased, it cannot be exchanged or cancelled.

CONSULTING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

By engaging our services, you agree that Billows Psychology is reliant on the information supplied by the client in order to provide the services and cannot be held responsible for any results of our services provided based on such client information. You are liable and fully responsible for any decisions you make based on our services or recommendations and any consequences which may result.

Any and all information on our website is educational and for information purposes only, intended to assist you. It is not to be construed as business advice and should not substitute professional advice based on your own business or personal circumstances.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Billows Psychology does not offer refunds for any services rendered, including but not limited to consultations, assessments, or therapeutic sessions.

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment, as well as failure to attend an appointment without notice, will incur the full session fee.

Services will not be continued if there are outstanding fees. Billows Psychology reserves the right to suspend or cancel future appointments until all outstanding invoices are paid in full.

Furthermore, Billows Psychology reserves the right to discontinue services at its discretion if a client fails to comply with this policy or any other terms agreed upon during the course of service provision.

JURISDICTION

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of SA and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and billowspsychology.com that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of SA.

Product Terms & Conditions

TERMS OF USE

‘Course’ means a structured program of Content, accessed online and designed to provide participants with specific skills and knowledge of a subject.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Courses with one-time payments:

We offer a refund if you are not satisfied with the Course within 2 days of the purchase date. Refund requests must be made, in writing with a reason for the refund request.

No refund will be issued if you have accessed more than 50% of our Course Content.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request being received and approved and will be made through the same method of payment as the original purchase.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the above conditions, is deemed to be fraudulent or if you have violated these Terms.

We reserve the right to change or update our Courses, Content, pricing and refund policy at any time and without notice.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws from time to time in force in South Australia of Australia.

Both parties agree to unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of South Australia for determining any dispute concerning these Terms.
