Brittany is deeply passionate about working with people who have experienced adversity across the lifespan and wish to improve their quality of life. She believes that our earliest experiences of relationships inform the challenges we experience later in life, and so, the client/therapist relationship is a vital component for clients when engaging in their healing journey.
Brittany has a keen interest in psychoneuroimmunology: the study of the immune system and psychological processing and how adversity
impacts health outcomes. Brittany enjoys working out at the gym and being involved in the health and fitness community in her spare time. Additionally, she enjoys holistic well-being practices such as ice baths, infrared saunas, and deep tissue massage.
Brittany is highly skilled in the use of:
Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
